A few things to update you on and reminders for your diaries.
Next Friday 29th Nov we have the Club Championships Racketball final, the Squash Plate final and the Squash Doubles semi finals. It promises to be a good night so please come along and show your appreciation.
Our first midweek Racketball club night is Weds 4th Dec, starting at 5.15 and ending 7.30. Support for this was strong in the survey so I hope we get good turn out. If we do then we will make it a regular fixture.
Thank you to all those who have renewed membership this year. We are a little down on the same time last year so this is a reminder to those still to pay please.
Martyn Smyth has joined the Committee as our new Social Media Secretary. Martyn will be ramping up activity on Facebook, including some targeted marketing material. He is keen to include relevant and appropriate items from members, including photos and information. Please feel free to contact him at Martyn.smyth6@gmail.com
Don't forget the Xmas party is Friday 20th Dec, with music from Shaw Thing and food included. A number of members have already paid and thanks to you all. Some have confirmed attendance but not paid so please do the deed at the bar. That way Russ can organise food. Attendance is looking strong so it should be a fun night for us all.
