Mote Squash Club has decided to join in the fun with squash clubs across our own county & the wider country to celebrate World Squash Day. We are opening our doors for the day to try and encourage others to come and try our amazing sport!
The day is split into 4 parts;
Juniors Morning session (09:00 – 12:00)
Open session for community juniors to join in alongside routine Club Junior sessions with club coaching team. Free session for non-members turning up for first time.
Ladies session (12:30 – 14:30)
Dedicated Open Ladies session (all free) for ladies to come and experience the cardio benefits of squash or racketball
Open session for Squash & Racketball (12.30 1430)
Wanted to try out squash or racketball? Now’s your chance guided by the Mote coaching team
Club competition session (15:00 – 17:00)
Team competition x2 teams (free) – you play someone of similar standard (20-30min slots depending on numbers – accumulate points per game won for your team). Prizes for winning team!
Ben will be helping out throughout the day as lead coach.
Please do come down and join in, and encourage those non-player friends and family to come along as well.
