Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday 1st October at 19:00hrs. This year we will be able to return to holding the meeting in person at the Club.

Committee
As per our Club rules, the Committee effectively stands down and a new Committee is elected at each AGM. There are a number of vacancies at present and so members are asked to consider whether they would be willing to join to help run a successful and thriving club.
The list below indicates where existing Committee members have indicated their willingness to stay or desire to step down:
Chairman: Tim Casey
Vice Chairman: Vacancy
Treasurer: Bob Korten (standing down) / Neil Reading (proposed)
Club Secretary: Alastair Hill
Membership Secretary: Adam Friswell
Club Captain: Jason Goodayle
Junior Secretary: Claire Goodayle
Social Secretary: Vacancy
Committee Member: Vacancy
If any member wishes to also stand for election into any of the roles whether they are occupied or not, please inform the Club Secretary (Alastair Hill) in writing at alastair.lesley@gmail.com by Friday 24th September at the latest.
Membership Fees
One of the normal functions of the AGM is to approve the Committee’s proposal for the annual subscriptions, however these have already been approved virtually in June and membership renewals essentially complete. A review of the financials along with the critical membership income will be shared at the AGM.
We would like to urge as many members as possible to attend the AGM so that you can have your say in how your club is run. Minutes from last year's virtual meeting are attached..
