We are launching a fun new concept for women's squash and racketball at The Mote on Sunday April 30th, with free courts from 10am to 2pm.
Women's team squash has almost disappeared since the boom years of the 1980s, when most clubs had at least two women's squads. This is a national problem and not only confined to Kent.
We are very keen to explore new ways to promote the games of squash and racketball for female players of all ages and standards.
WOMEN’S SQUASH AND RACKETBALL AT THE MOTE
Fast and furious / Fun and fitness / For social and serious players /
LAUNCH DATE: SUNDAY APRIL 30TH at 10am.
We are offering free courts to launch a new format for female players who want to enjoy either social or competitive squash and racketball.
FUN, HEALTH AND FITNESS:
Squash is the best sport for health and fitness. Play squash and you will get fit, have fun, and make friends for life. Racketball is a fun alternative. The ball is bouncier and it’s much easier for beginners to learn how to play.
Please let us know what you want to play and what standard you would like to aim for. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner. We will match you up with someone of a similar ability. And provide some free coaching.
BE PART OF IT:
Join us on Sunday morning. Invite your family and friends. Please spread the word. The bar and kitchen will be open.
