Firstly, a massive thank you to the many of you who have responded to the survey! However, I'm really sorry, but my IT skills have let me down as the free survey tool I used previously only allows free access to the first 40 responses ... and we don't want to pay £300 to access this information!! I have now taken an IT lesson from one of my daughters so I am told this one will do the trick .....

Introduction to survey and why we need your help …..
Because of the ongoing impacts of the pandemic, we are looking ahead and trying to understand what this may mean for our Club going forward … ie. will membership return to play as before, and what will this mean for us financially as we move forward. To that end, please find attached a short survey of 7 questions that will help us get a feel for how you, as members, are feeling. Please can each playing member of a household complete the survey so we can get as complete a picture as possible.
It is anonymous but it will be of enormous help to us and your fellow members if you could spend a couple of minutes to fill out and submit. If you wish to provide more direct feedback to us, plus do also follow up with any Committee member.
