Dear Mote members,
Please note that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mote Squash Club is scheduled for Friday, 22nd Sept. at 20.00 when all members are invited to attend.

The Chairman's report will be distributed nearer to the meeting.
The Treasurer's Report should be available once the books of account have been audited, though if time does not permit, unaudited numbers will be used instead at the meeting.
Please submit any nominations for the committee prior to the meeting either via email to the Club Secretary, Richard Coward (richard78455@gmail.com), or by using the nominations form pinned to the notice board in the bar.
The attached membership form reflects the committee's recommendation to leave 2017/18 subscriptions unchanged, subject of course to the formal vote taken by members present at the AGM.
However please note that the form contains 2 additional boxes for members' consideration:
- the first seeks to identify those members who wish to be registered with Kent and England Squash, to participate in team squash and SquashLevels etc. The club can make a potentially significant saving on affiliation fees for those who do not require this registration.
- the second seeks voluntary donations of £15 or more to be added to the subscription fee to assist with club refurbishment.
To encourage members' participation at the meeting, half price drinks will be available from just before 20.00 until shortly after the meeting has concluded.
